Pixi Beauty's Farmers Market

For Pixi’s Spring/Summer 2020 launch, the celebration took place at Lombardi House in Los Angeles, which was bedecked in a fun, fresh, Pixi Farmer’s Market theme. As guests entered the lush private estate, they were given eco-friendly mesh produce bags to “shop,” while they learned more about all the all-new products. Booths were smartly arranged to highlight each new collection, where guests could sample makeup and face care. They were also encouraged to mosey around the area while enjoying citrus mimosas or yummy oat-milk lattes. There was also a station for makeup touchups! Who doesn’t love a professional touchup during an alfresco soirée to help keep you looking your best?

Lounge areas set up with pretty, neutral-hued sofas were arranged, so that attendees could relax and talk with colleagues. Avant Garden created floral arrangements in short vases filled with roses, hydrangeas, and ranunculuses in peach and pink shades. Customized pillows and a corn hole game, a large framed mirror boasted the hash tag #PixiBeauty, as well as an oversized Jenga game completed the playful, stylish look of the day. Other cool elements were the large cutouts of the new Pixi skintreats, including Retinol Tonic, Glow Tonic, and Rose Tonic.

Fare was kept light, but colorful and creative to complement the concept, such as floral petal-infused glazed donuts, fresh fruit grouped by its bright colors, overnight oats topped with blueberries, and strawberry/Granny Smith apple tarts.

In addition, there was a flower bar! Our team quickly wrapped together bunches of flowers that guests personally selected from the dozens of varieties on display. Each bouquet was perfectly paired with sprigs of eucalyptus or olive tree branches. And of course, one of my favorites, an eye-catching wall of fresh florals for photos! The fragrant creations in shades of nectarine, peach, pink, and eggplant were affixed in a lovely pattern, along with a round sign featuring Pixi branding. The entire day was just as we all had envisioned – fresh, beautiful, fun, and such a gorgeous arrangement of vivid colors in every direction. It was such a feel-good event!
