DSW x Crown Vintage

We had the honor and privilege to work alongside popular retailer DSW® for their DSW Crown Vintage fall launch at a super-pretty venue: The Melrose Place in Los Angeles. Crown Vintage is a full-family footwear brand that spans handbags and accessories and launched at DSW in 2008 as a denim-friendly brand. Crown Vintage brings together genuine materials, natural textures, and bohemian details. The collection features a selection of loafers, boots, and accessories in the season’s most sought-after trends and beyond. It was an exciting launch for everyone!

We planned a cocktail hour full of fun moments. As guests arrived, they were led to a vintage Airstream® travel trailer to display all of the new products featured in the fall launch. Guests were able to shop around and choose their favorites to take home as gifts. Partygoers were then asked to make their way upstairs.

The staircase had been adorned with custom branding and DSW phrases related to the launch, such as: For the dreamers.... For the explorers.... For the creative .... Crown Vintage .... At DSW.

The rooftop area included a large floral photo moment, showcasing fresh verdure and florals in peach, cream, and yellow. It created a stunning backdrop for photos where celebrities, including DSW ambassador Ashlee Simpson posed for images. There was also an embossing station where guests could customize leather belts, an embroidery station to customize accessories, including hats, and there even a tarot reader on site to provide attendees with fun, positive fortunes. Drinks and hors d’oeuvres were served all night on the rooftop lounge bathed in flattering ivory lighting, as well. The event was not only enjoyable, but offered an amazing ambience and cool vibe!
