Limitless Conference

The largest one-day multi-level marketing business conference took place at the Maverik Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, with over 7,000 attendees to witness an all-star lineup of 30 panel speakers, including Gary Vee, Andy Frisella, Jen Gottlieb, The Muscle, Pace Morby, Brad Lea, Andy Elliott, Codie Sanchez, and Dan Fleyshman. The Wife of the Party team organized the event from beginning to end, inclusive of production, staffing, managing VIP clients, food vendors, and AV technology. It was one of our biggest events yet, and we did a fantastic job at managing the ever-moving parts that come along with an event of this size.

Our team flew into Utah on the Thursday preceding the event to attend walk-throughs of the arena, meet security, and finalize other logistics. One challenge was becoming comfortable with the AV team, as the event focused so much on AV technology to perform well and in seamless fashion. It’s always a bit nerve-racking when you aren’t dealing with your hometown professionals, but part of being an event producer is to find a solution for the client.

The following evening, a private dinner event was held for VIP ticketholders and speakers, which highlighted DJ Steve Aoki providing a special performance and throwing cake on a handful of panelists. Steve Aoki is known for this cake-throwing and it always results in “layers” of fun. The evening was held at a beautiful private residence with helicopter parking, an amazing panoramic view of the city, and delicious fare and cocktails. A perfect way to kickoff the festivities!

Saturday’s big day was a long one and ran from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (not including our work pre and post event)! It was a dynamic and inspiring day that truly didn’t feel as long as it was. There was a lunch break, dinner break, and a couple of shorter intermissions in between for guests and speakers. Attendees were fully engaged and listened on, taking notes, and chatting amongst themselves after each inspirational speaker left the stage. There were Q&As for some, while other speakers opted to focus on their respective stories to help motivate onlookers. Each panelist was enthusiastic, moving, and left a feel-good vibe within the arena.

Business people from around the world gathered at Maverik Center in Salt Lake City for the Limitless Conference 2023.

If you looked past the gorgeous lighting design, plethora of food stations throughout the hallways, oversized screens so everyone had a good view, and so much more, there were personal encounters and stories shared that were so much bigger than the pretty stuff. There was even a tender moment, where the late Jessie “Boss Lee” Ward was honored and a moment of silence was held. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room as her boyfriend Aviram took the stage and Dan Fleyshman honored the life of his friend and colleague. The memorable day ended with a musical set from Steve Aoki where – with precision – he caked a few more notable speakers. It was a sweet ending to a terrific weekend, and we can’t wait until the next Limitless Arena event takes place in April 2024!
