To celebrate his 50th birthday, singer and songwriter Tank gathered close friends and industry icons for an unforgettable night at a private venue — all produced by The Wife of the Party. The vibe was elevated and playful, proving that a milestone birthday can feel both luxurious and effortlessly fun.

The space was transformed into a late-night playground with rich lighting, sleek bar displays including a dedicated Coramino Tequilar bar, and a custom DJ stage that set the tone from the moment guests arrived. Rather than a traditional lounge setup, the evening leaned into interactive moments: arcade games, Skee-Ball, and air hockey, giving the celebration an energy that felt more like a private after-hours club than a formal event.

Food kept things nostalgic and crowd-pleasing. Guests moved easily between cocktails, Hot Dog on a Stick, and a fresh nacho station, while a vape station added a modern, experiential layer to the night.

What truly set the celebration apart was the entertainment. There was no formal lineup, as Tank’s talented friends — including D-Nice, Omarion, Kenny Burns, J. Valentine, and Chris Brown — became the show. Spontaneous performances and a packed dance floor unfolded throughout the evening, turning the party into an organic jam session filled with familiar voices and unforgettable moments. As a grand surprise, Karma Automotive gifted the birthday boy a shiny new ebony sports car!
The crowd — including Tank and Zena’s children — sang “Happy Birthday.”
Every detail was designed and produced in-house by The Wife of the Party, allowing the night to feel polished without ever trying too hard. Tank’s Young 50 wasn’t about spectacle for spectacle’s sake; it was about celebrating legacy, friendship, and staying young at heart, surrounded by the people who matter most.
